Role Description

As a Business Development Associate, you will play an important role within the marketing and business development team. You will be responsible for critical lead and demand generation activities as a member of the Xigent team.

On our nimble marketing and business development team, you will have the opportunity to participate in and drive a variety of lead generation, and lead nurturing activities on a regular basis.

Role Duties

While implementing Xigent’s core values, the Business Development Associate’s primary duty entails working with the Business Development team to collect qualifying leads from variety of sources. This process is done continuously and adaptations to collection methods are to be expected.

Other Duties as Assigned

  1. Oversee the ongoing data hygiene activities for the primary lead generation software
  2. Report dashboard reports of executive-level summary sales lead data on a monthly/quarterly basis
  3. Continuously learn about Managed Service offerings Xigent provides in order to weave learnings into prospect communications

Required Skills

  1. Familiarity with HubSpot CRM software
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  3. Possess a supportive and responsive manner with internal and external customers
  4. Great communication and reporting skills
  5. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  6. Strong attention to detail
  7. Self-motivated, action and results-oriented
