As a continuation of the Tech Talks: Apps & Ale event series in Minnesota, Xigent and VergeIO brought the conversation to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, gathering local IT leaders for an afternoon of meaningful discussion and insight around one of the industry’s most discussed challenges: navigating the future of virtualization in a post-VMware world.
Hosted at ROAM Kitchen + Bar in Sioux Falls, the event provided a relaxed setting for IT professionals to connect and explore the evolving virtualization landscape. The conversations centered on a topic many organizations are actively evaluating today: what comes next as licensing models, costs, and long-term platform strategies continue to shift.
Attendees heard from Xigent’s Senior Solutions Architect, Larry Olson, alongside representatives from VergeIO, who shared their perspectives on the challenges organizations are facing and the opportunities available as businesses review their infrastructure strategies.
Events like Apps & Ale demonstrate the value of bringing people together around shared challenges and opportunities. Whether discussing new technologies, exchanging ideas, or simply connecting with others, the conversations in these settings help organizations make more informed decisions as the technology landscape continues to evolve.
A special thank you to VergeIO for partnering with us to bring Apps & Ale to Sioux Falls, and to everyone who joined us. We appreciate the opportunity to connect with so many technology leaders and look forward to continuing the conversation at future events.
