Service Delivery Intern

The Service Delivery Intern is an entry-level role where the candidate will build skills in general business, IT technology, and Full Stack Observability (FSO) platforms and consulting. You will be assigned one or more mentors and develop the necessary skills to transition to a full-time Service Delivery team member and deliver the “Wow” experience consistent with our values. You will demonstrate and build a culture of continuous improvement via a commitment to process excellence.

Duties include:

  • Provides entry-level support and administration, under supervision of managers or mentors, as appropriate to the day-to-day operating objectives of the area
  • Undertakes and/or participates in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of the organization
  • Participates in the planning and implementation of internal team projects and initiatives within area of expertise
  • Interacts directly with colleagues in the planning of assignments and the resolution of day-to-day operational problems
  • Receives guidance, training, and mentoring from personnel in planning and carrying out activities and assignments
  • As appropriate to the position and as specified by management, conducts original research and prepares reports based on findings, to include recommendations or alternative proposals for action
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong personal commitment to quality service
  • Enthusiastic with an ability to learn and adapt quickly to new environments
  • IT development work (e.g. scripting, development languages) experience or internships
  • Associates degree in computer science, information technology, management information systems or similar degree
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements throughout the development lifecycle
  • Willingness to collaborate with development team members while creating and building solutions
  • Ability to work as a member of a team to complete assigned tasks independently
  • Ability to transform end-user requirements basic code
