Role Description

Client Success Associate (CSA) assists with the management of a portion of our named accounts, including new customer onboarding activities and providing oversight of recurring activities. Our CSA’s enjoy working with our clients, sales teams, and service delivery consultants to provide support ensuring that Xigent delivers high quality client service and the desired solution outcome on every engagement.

Role Duties

► Provide an excellent example of customer service on all levels for our clients and Xigent.
► Review and manage client activities; and ensure activities are prioritized, scheduled, and moved through the process as committed.
► Ensure needs are met through frequent interactions and constant communication
► Assisting with customer communication during Xigent’s critical launches and support events.
► Assist in implementing ongoing improvements to increase client growth.
► Participate in preparation and delivery of Quarterly Business Reviews for named accounts.
► Actively contribute to departmental and company goals.
► Develop detailed knowledge about specific product lines and features.
► Acting as an advocate for our customers by reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement.
► Demonstrate and advocate Xigent’s core values.
► Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills

► 2+ years of IT related project management experience preferred.
► Possess a supportive and responsive manner with internal and external customers.
► Strong decision-making ability, financial aptitude, and customer service orientation.
► High levels of organization, strong attention to detail.
► Self-motivated, action and results oriented Well organized, good communication and reporting skills.
