Our name, Xigent, although pronounced exactly the same, derives from an adaptation of the word exigent, meaning “requiring immediate action; demanding; pressing or urgent.” This name was carefully ideated and chosen by our Founder and CEO, since it is a representation of how we engage with each of our valued customers – big or small. Our name fits who we are, what we do, and how we do it.
We pride ourselves not only in our exemplary customer service, but also the partners we carefully select to work with, right down to the staff we hire to serve you. After all, although we operate in a highly technical and complex world, it’s still the human-to-human connections that remain at the heart and soul of our business. As a service organization, our success is achieved through our clients’ success. We believe that the strongest, most productive business relationships are built on a foundation of trust, transparency, accountability, and a demand for continuous improvement.
Not only do our customers demand greatness from us each day, but we demand it – and expect it – from ourselves. It’s this mindset we’ve held close since our humble beginnings, and it’s once we’ll rely on to take us boldly into the future.
